for EPMing a plane all you have to do is following:
open/import skimmer, and name your parts like I have named the skimmer parts. If you do a jet, you need no rudder, assign the boot/bonnet or whatever to the rudder then.

Right click on the dummy, go to user properties, and edit the Rot value. RotY is standard for any pside_door or dside_door, axis is vertical. RotX is standard for bonnet/boot, axis is horizontal. RotZ is like gullwing, axis is longitudal.

Any Rot value must be like this:
-23..0 or 23..0 or 0..-23 or 0..23, ask Oleg why exactly some are left, some are right of the two(!!) dots.
I suggest NOT to use COL for EPMed parts, it can result in bouncing parts.

Once you named all parts, simply copy the skimmer INI lines.

Only thing you have to really take care of is value number ten:
-123456,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,1 <- this is upcounting, starting with 1 ->,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,1,your human readable identifier here

The Hash is value number 0!!
Values 4 and 5 are the key assignments
Value 3 is the "what door is used" number.
0 front left
1 front right
2 rear left
3 rear right
4 bonnet
5 boot

And:
6 only used for yaw movement force, do not assign rudder movement.

Value 23 defines if it is an going up/down or left/right part 
2 aileron, elevator,rudder
3 is propeller/rotor
1 is out of order.

You have at all 6 doors to be used! Be careful with aileron, it needs 2 independent doors!
For a blinking lights workaround I have enabled hazard lights on. So if you enter any plane, those will flash as car hazard lights would.
